Description
Als die PASTORALE am 1. Juli 2020 öffnete, war coronabedingt der Erfolg fraglich. Doch mit "Limburgs schönstem Garten" (152 Plätze) wurde die Kapelle nach mehrmonatigen Sanierungsarbeiten zu neuem Leben erweckt. Denn aus dem einstigen Restaurant für Wenige wurde ein kulinarischer Hotspot für Viele. Wenn auch mit angezogener Handbremse, wurde ein reduziertes Kulturprogramm im Aussenbereich angeboten. Aber der eigentliche Magnet wurde das Gastrokonzept mit Speisen aus nachhaltiger Produktion, Rohstoffen aus der Region und neu für Limburg ein starker Fokus auf vegane und vegetarischen Speisen. Und das Konzept wurde belohnt. Die Gäste haben die PASTORALE binnen drei Monaten von Platz 96 auf Platz 1 katapultiert. Und mit Ende der Gartensaison, sollte Limburg erleben was, aus dem einstigen Sorgenkind man alles rausholen konnte. Eine perfekte Akustik, bequemes Mobiliar und ein Ambiente, das den Begriff KULTURSALON mit Leben füllte ... Das Post-C19-Re-Opening ist für März 2021 geplant ...

Really a very nice and special place. You can tell immediately that a lot of attention is paid to details. A warm welcome, a calm, relaxed atmosphere, imaginative and delicious dishes (vegetarians and vegans are also considered), the service is very friendly, attentive and unobtrusive and the prices are more than reasonable. Even in times of Corona you feel safe here. The room has very good ventilation and is certainly big enough due to the high vault. A little further travel was really worth it for us. We'll be back very soon!

Beautiful ambience and warm hosts, here you are really welcome as a guest and you can feel it. The menu is small but nice and changes regularly - freshness and quality guaranteed. The dishes are imaginative and beautifully presented, with a great selection for vegetarians and vegans. Add to that the collection of old books and records and a good glass of wine - what more could you want? The way out of Frankfurt was more than worth it - thank you for the nice evening!

Very helpful and friendly staff. Coffee and cake top quality. We enjoyed the atmosphere so much we stayed long enough to enjoy a vegetarian evening meal. Can highly recommend.

Wonderful ambience, delicious food, great entertainment. The journey from Frankfurt is also always worthwhile. We look forward to your brunch on Sunday!
